Raphael Velazquez
Raphael is a performance and wellness specialist. With years of training C-level executives, entrepreneurs, and youth in various afterschool and summer programs, Raphael created Vela Performance and Wellness.
Raphael has worked intently to learn methodologies to transform bodies, shed fat, and build lean muscle simultaneously. As a National Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA CSCS), and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified coach helping people for years to improve their performance physically and mentally is a passion he is able to serve others.
With a B.S. in Exercise Science, having worked at Rockland Peak Performance and Equinox, and many after-school programs for youth fitness, self-defense, and STEM, Vela Performance & Wellness provides training, fitness accessories, and youth education services.
The ethos is to improve every day and help people and teams while never forgetting who he is at the core.
